Banana Chocolate Chip Overnight Oats

I adapted my favorite overnight oats recipe to this calorie-packed option for the cancer patients I work with who may be having treatment-related side effects like weight loss, diarrhea, or difficulty swallowing. I particularly like using Orgain’s vegan protein shake in it as it gives me a chance to highlight the American Institute of Cancer Research’s recommendation to eat a plant-based diet for cancer recurrence prevention.
