Dr. Litwin is a triple board-certified (General Pediatrics, Lifestyle Medicine, Obesity Medicine) pediatrician who grew up in Cookeville, Tennessee, where she attended Tennessee Tech University, earning her bachelor's in biochemistry. She received her medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine.
After she was commissioned as an active-duty officer in the United States Navy, she completed her pediatric residency at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in Virginia. She served as a general medical officer for the Medical Readiness Division in Norfolk, Virginia, which took her to Spain, Italy, France, Monaco, and Portugal. She had the privilege of caring for families as a general pediatrician at the Navy Medical Readiness and Training Command Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. She moved to Chattanooga, TN to be near family with her husband and three sons after the conclusion of her military obligation. Dr. Litwin remains committed to supporting Chattanooga families through evidence-based, holistic medical care with a focus on foundational wellness, balanced family dynamics, and resilience. Her hobbies include running, international cuisine, yoga, reading, training the family golden retriever, and attending broadway shows.

Ernestine Trujillo is a licensed and registered dietitian in practice since 2001. As a native New Mexican, she completed both her bachelor and master of science degrees at the University of New Mexico. She has also earned her Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management with the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics.
Over the years, Ernestine has cared for patients with varying degrees of nutritional needs in intensive care, cardiac care, long-term care, outpatient counseling, and home health, including hospice and transitioning patients on and off of enteral and parenteral feedings. Through these experiences she has developed a passion for oncology nutrition and continues to be serving as the Senior Clinical Nutritionist at the University of New Mexico Cancer Research & Treatment Center for the past ten years. Ernestine strives to leave no stone unturned in attempting to help her patients stay nourished throughout their cancer journey. As a busy mother of two, Ernestine enjoys frequent adventures with her children including gardening, hiking and camping.

Jessica Griffin is a credentialed registered dietitian with experience in medical nutrition therapy in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings for over ten years. She currently works at Penn Medicine's gastroenterology and hepatology clinic seeing patients in the areas of gastrointestinal disorders, weight management, malnutrition, and enteral nutrition support.
She is a passionate healthcare educator with a master's degree in nutrition education. Enhancing patient's nutrition-related knowledge to allow autonomy and positive change into their lives is her most rewarding goal in clinic. Her educational platform extends beyond the patient base and often reaches healthcare trainees or professionals including dietetic interns, Penn Medicine fellows, and gastroenterologists. Providing well-rounded multidisciplinary care is extremely important to her, as well as making collaborations throughout the health and wellness industry. Outside of her dietetics role, Jessica is a wife and mother who enjoys yoga, the beach, and experimenting with recipes in the kitchen.

Outside of work, Joe loves spending time with his wife and daughter as well as playing tennis and weightlifting.

Kari Sharp is a registered dietitian nutritionist who has built a successful private practice in pediatrics since 2018. She is widely recognized as a leading expert on nutrition for neurodiverse children.
Kari’s unique expertise led to her becoming a consultant for several specialty companies and educational institutions. One example is Cognitive Leap Solutions, where she developed the evidence-based nutrition therapy section of their app designed to improve the well-being of children with ADHD. In addition, Kari invented “The Green Plate Method,” a creative strategy for nutritional dietary changes. Working with interns as a preceptor for Morrison Healthcare, sparked Kari’s invention of RD Boot Camp, a multidimensional program to help prepare students for the required national certification exam. It incorporates interactive learning materials, one-on-one tutoring, and class review sessions.

Rachel Allio has been a practicing registered dietitian nutritionist for 14 years. Rachel completed both her master of science and dietetic internship at West Virginia University in 2010. She has worked in clinical nutrition, outpatient nutrition, long-term care, and employee wellness.
Rachel found her preferred specialty in 2012 when she started working with patients pursuing Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery. She has been at West Virginia University Medicine since 2017 helping both pre- and post-operative bariatric surgery patients realize their health and functional goals with nutrition. In her spare time, she enjoys CrossFit, tie-dying, drinking coffee and being a sports-mom.

Simona Hradil is a registered dietitian with a master's in nutrition and dietetics from California State University at Northridge, where she developed the first-ever sports nutrition program and fueling station for the Matador's Athletics Program working with over 400 division one athletes and coaches.
Simona also consults for the Marilyn Magara Center for Food Science, Nutrition, and Dietetics as the project manager of the Body Composition Assessment Program using the BOD POD and the InBody. Additionally, Simona serves as an outpatient dietitian for Kaiser Permanente, Woodland Hills. Through her private practice, FXP Athlete, she has privately consulted elite taekwondo athletes and since then, has evolved to assist other top athletes from various sports. Her successful athletic career, (an 11-time U.S. national taekwondo, a five-time Czech Republic national taekwondo team member, and an alternate for the 2012 London Olympic Games), and formal background in nutrition and dietetics have given her the edge to coach athletes on how to maximize their performance through nutrition. She works with athletes to target individual needs and specifications, so they are consistent in achieving high-level performance. Simona loves spending time with her five-year-old twins and French Bulldog named Dexter who all love camping, hiking, and the beach!
