Banana Chocolate Chip Overnight Gluten-Free Oats
“I adapted my favorite overnight oats recipe to this calorie-packed option for the cancer patients I work with who may be having treatment-related side effects like weight loss, diarrhea, or difficulty swallowing. I particularly like using Orgain’s vegan protein shake in it as it gives me a chance to highlight the American Institute of Cancer Research’s recommendation to eat a plant-based diet for cancer recurrence prevention.” – Angie

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2/3 cup Orgain® Vegan Organic NutritionTM All-in-One Nutritional Shake – Vanilla Bean
- 1/2 cup old fashioned Gluten-Free oats
- 1/2 banana, chopped
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a 16 oz. jar.
- Whisk with a fork until well blended.
- Close jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Divide oats evenly into two bowls.
