Chocolate Avocado Mousse
Delicious and nutritious creamy chocolate mousse powered by Orgain Chocolate Plant Based Protein Powder and fresh Avocados! This recipe is indulgent enough for a satisfying dessert, and nutritious enough for a well-balanced snack. Enjoy this with fruit, over pancakes and waffles, or with a little whipped cream on top!

Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 4 scoops Orgain Plant-Based Protein Powder – Chocolate
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 1/13 cups chocolate oat milk
- 2 tsp liquid monk fruit sweetener (or liquid sweetener of choice)
Instructions
- Wash avocados.
- Peel and dice avocados.
- Add all ingredients to a high-power blender and blend until smooth.
- Take blended ingredients and whip with an electric hand or countertop mixer to aerate.
- Refrigerate and enjoy!
