Yogurt Bark

Simple and quick to make, this frozen yogurt bark is the perfect treat. It is customizable with your choice of fresh berries.
Servings: 4



  • Line a rimmed baking quarter sheet with wax or parchment paper.
  • Mix the yogurt with the protein powder.
  • Pour mixture into baking dish and spread evenly so that it fills the shape.
  • Top with berries of choice.
  • Place in freezer until the yogurt is firm, about 3 hours.
  • Cut into 12-15 pieces and enjoy cold.
  • Store leftovers in the freezer for up to 3 months.
