Yogurt Bark
Simple and quick to make, this frozen yogurt bark is the perfect treat. It is customizable with your choice of fresh berries.

Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla, low-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops Organic Protein Plant Based Protein Powder – Vanilla
- 1/2 cup berries of choice
Instructions
- Line a rimmed baking quarter sheet with wax or parchment paper.
- Mix the yogurt with the protein powder.
- Pour mixture into baking dish and spread evenly so that it fills the shape.
- Top with berries of choice.
- Place in freezer until the yogurt is firm, about 3 hours.
- Cut into 12-15 pieces and enjoy cold.
- Store leftovers in the freezer for up to 3 months.
