Deep Dish Pizza Dip
This cottage cheese based dip is an easy, high protein snack that will leave you feeling satisfied. Dig in with your favorite chips, vegetables, or just a spoon to enjoy pizza in a new way.

Ingredients
- 1 cup low fat, low sodium, cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup low sodium tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup parmesan (divided)
- 2 scoops Orgain Unsweetened Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup chopped peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Blend the cottage cheese, sauce, seasonings, protein powder, and ¼ cup parmesan in the blender until smooth
- Pour in oven safe dish
- Top with peppers, onions, tomatoes, spinach and remaining ¼ cup parmesan
- Bake for 5 minutes or until melted
