Deep Dish Pizza Dip

This cottage cheese based dip is an easy, high protein snack that will leave you feeling satisfied. Dig in with your favorite chips, vegetables, or just a spoon to enjoy pizza in a new way.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low fat, low sodium, cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup low sodium tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup parmesan (divided)
  • 2 scoops Orgain Unsweetened Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 
  • Blend the cottage cheese, sauce, seasonings, protein powder, and ¼ cup parmesan in the blender until smooth
  • Pour in oven safe dish
  • Top with peppers, onions, tomatoes, spinach and remaining ¼ cup parmesan
  • Bake for 5 minutes or until melted
