Customizable Muffins

Servings: 5 (10 muffins, 2 per serving)
Ingredients
- 4 scoops Orgain® Organic Unsweetened Protein Powder
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder, low sodium
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup 1% milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup mix ins of your choice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Spray muffin pan with vegetable oil
- Mix all dry ingredients together
- In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients together
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry until just combined
- Fold in any preferred mix ins such as 1 cup of blueberries or a ½ cup of dried cranberries plus ½ cup of chopped almonds
- Pour batter into prepared muffin pan, filling each ¾ full
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and muffins spring back to the touch.
