Customizable Muffins

This recipe was curated with your creativity in mind. For a protein enhanced, customizable recipe, try these tasty muffins out as is or with your favorite sweet or savory mix-ins! 
Servings: 5 (10 muffins, 2 per serving)



  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Spray muffin pan with vegetable oil
  • Mix all dry ingredients together
  • In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients together
  • Mix the wet ingredients into the dry until just combined
  • Fold in any preferred mix ins such as 1 cup of blueberries or a ½ cup of dried cranberries plus ½ cup of chopped almonds 
  • Pour batter into prepared muffin pan, filling each ¾ full
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and muffins spring back to the touch.
