Eating Like the World Depends On It (because it does...) | Orgain Healthcare Professional Education Series
There are no healthy people on a ravaged planet, inhospitable to human life and the sustaining web of biodiversity. The case will be made that all health professionals are duty bound to advocate for the health of the planet. The contributions of dietary patterns and food choices to the health of both people and planet will be explored, and the case made for directing all professional effort toward advocacy for the confluence of the two. There is just one health, and people and planet must share in it.
