This webinar has been archived and is available for viewing, but offers no continuing education credit.

Over the last decade, intermittent fasting (IF) has emerged as a promising diet intervention to promote cardiometabolic health. IF interventions such as alternate-day fasting, the 5:2 diet, and time-restricted eating have not only been popularized by mainstream media, but a growing body of evidence from clinical trials now suggest that these approaches may enhance health. In this webinar, we will discuss the concept behind intermittent fasting, describe different IF interventions, and review the evidence emerging from recent clinical trials.
