First Do No Harm: What Health Care Providers Need to Know about Organic Food and Agriculture | Orgain Healthcare Professional Education Series Archive
According to the Organic Trade Association, sales of organic food continue to rise each year as consumers increasingly demand “clean” food, to protect both personal health and the planet. As more “natural,” “free-from” and organic products enter the marketplace, consumers often wonder if they should pay more for foods bearing “clean” labels. This webinar examines the farming practices behind the labels, taking a deep dive into certified organic food and farming, enabling health care providers to be the best “first responders” to client / patient questions.
