Collagen Peptides in Clinical Practice: Mechanisms, Evidence, and Applications for Skin, Joint, and Bone Health | Orgain Healthcare Professional Education Series
Collagen peptides are among the most widely used nutraceuticals, and patients frequently ask health care providers about their effectiveness. This presentation will explore the biology of collagen, review mechanisms of action including amino acid supply, bioactive peptide signaling, and oral tolerance, and summarize the clinical evidence for skin, joint, and bone outcomes. Attendees will learn how to critically evaluate collagen research, understand its safety and limitations, and apply findings in patient care.
