Optimizing Brain Health through Nutrition: Harnessing The Power of Metabolism and Immunity | Orgain Healthcare Professional Education Series
No aspect of health matters more than the state of our brains. The structure and wiring of this most vital organ is a reflection of our daily nutrition. But in an era of quick-fix products and psychological gimmicks, the role of science-backed nutrition is often passed over in favor of sensationalism. In this webinar, we'll deconstruct the key role of brain metabolism and immunity as cornerstone mechanisms driving brain health and disease.
