Gluten Myths Busted: Separating Fact from Fiction | Orgain Healthcare Professional Education Series
If you work in healthcare, you have definitely been asked about gluten at some point in your career. With misinformation rampant, it can be difficult to separate fact from fiction. This webinar will debunk the myths relating to celiac disease and gluten-related disorders and describe the current available evidence on the recommendations given for a gluten-free diet. Register to learn more about how clinical practice has shifted away from teaching patients to avoid gluten and more so towards finding a balance between their diet adherence, healing, and quality of life.
