For the past 15 years Mindy has spoken at national conventions, served as a sports nutrition expert on television and radio segments, and has given informative talks for individual sports teams & groups.

Mindy graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition and a Masters in Exercise Physiology. Experience includes serving as a Sports Nutritionist for the University of Florida Athletic Association and Jacksonville University. She served as an adjunct professor at University of North Florida and has done independent work with many professional and elite athletes through her private practice, Dietitians of Palm Valley.

Mindy is a Board Certified as a specialist in Sports Dietetics through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) is the premier professional sports nutrition credential in the U.S. Being Board Certified as a Specialist in Sports Dietetics designates specific knowledge, skills, and expertise for competency in sports dietetics practice.
