Measuring & Improving Metabolic Health to Prevent or Reverse Disease

This webinar has been archived and is available for viewing, but offers no continuing education credit.

Improving metabolic health drives up odds of lifespan, health-span and disease-free living. In this webinar we explore practical but precise ways to measure it in clinical practice. We will also discuss assessing a metabolic health patient’s/client’s readiness for change, how to manage different levels of readiness for change, and the five domains (“5 Keys”) of knowledge and skills necessary to increase the odds of maintaining a transformational lifestyle change: psychology, nutrition, physical activity, environments, and accountability. Upon completion, clinicians will be comfortable in assessing readiness for change to manage and allocate their professional, mental and emotional energy better for self-preservation, as well as be more confident via having a lifestyle change system (5 keys) from which to work and increasing the odds of successful coaching of patients ready to pursue transformational lifestyle change.
