We’re eager to announce some exciting new updates to Orgain’s healthcare ambassador sampling portal and app, launching early next year! These enhancements are designed to make it easier than ever for ambassadors to select the perfect Orgain samples for their practices and patients.
Beginning on January 1st, when healthcare ambassadors request samples for their practice, they will no longer have to choose from pre-defined sample kits. We’ll be launching an updated website and app that will instead allow ambassadors to select the Orgain products of their choice from an “al-a-carte menu” of our most popular products, which now includes the Organic Nutrition All-in-One Shake in Cafe Mocha flavor, Orgain Snack Bars and the new 30g Protein Shakes.
To accommodate for this change and for the continued growth and popularity of the ambassador program, we’ll be adjusting the frequency at which samples can be requested. We believe the new flexibility to order exactly what you want will make this transition simple and convenient.
Additionally, to better support our growing ambassador community and ensure seamless service, direct-to-patient home sampling will be available exclusively to ambassadors in telehealth or those primarily working with remote patients. All healthcare ambassadors wishing to access this feature can easily complete a short approval form starting in January.
