Orgain’s Protein Calculator is a powerful tool designed to help individuals better understand their personalized protein needs. This interactive digital questionnaire produces customized protein needs estimates based on key factors such as age, weight, activity levels, life stages such as pregnancy and lactation, and wellness goals—making it a valuable resource not only for consumers but also for healthcare professionals supporting patients and clients.
At Orgain, we recognize that protein needs vary from person to person. With input from registered dietitians and evidence-based research, we developed this calculator to offer a more individualized approach to protein recommendations. Whether your patients are seeking to optimize athletic performance, or navigating different life stages, this tool can help guide protein intake.

- General Activity Level: Daily activities and occupational demands may impact protein requirements.
- Type of Physical Activity: Higher intensity activities typically require more protein to support muscle repair and recovery.
